Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic rules for using HIITplay.
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Using HIITplay
HIITplay provides generated high-intensity interval training workouts, audio cues, browser playback, and AI-agent access. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout is appropriate for you.
HIIT workouts can be intense. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or anything that feels unsafe. Get medical advice before using HIITplay if you have health concerns or are new to intense exercise.
Access and sessions
Browser access uses email proof and a browser session. Agent access uses a separate agent connection. Do not share session links, browser access, or agent connection credentials with others.
A generated workout session link is personal and time-limited. HIITplay may refuse, expire, or revoke access when billing is inactive, the access window has ended, or we detect misuse.
Payments and cancellation
Paid access may be offered as a recurring subscription or as a single-workout purchase. Prices, access windows, and checkout details are shown before purchase.
Subscription billing and payment methods are managed through Stripe. Cancel or manage supported subscriptions through the billing management flow in the app.
Single-workout purchases grant time-limited access and are not subscriptions.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with HIITplay. Do not use HIITplay to violate laws or someone else's rights.
Do not misrepresent HIITplay outputs as medical advice or professional training advice.
Service changes
HIITplay may change, pause, or discontinue features, workouts, pricing, access paths, integrations, or availability. We try to keep the service useful, but we do not promise that every feature will always be available.
No guarantees
HIITplay is provided as is. We do not guarantee specific fitness, health, weight, performance, or medical results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HIITplay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The updated terms apply when posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
