What HIITplay does

HIITplay creates audio-led high-intensity interval training workouts in the browser and iOS app. You can use a public demo, buy workout access, or connect an AI client through the HIITplay agent connection.

Information we collect

We collect the email address you use for email proof, checkout, purchase restoration, browser access, support, and agent connection flows.

We store access records, browser and mobile session records, checkout status, and workout session records so the app can decide whether you can start or continue a workout.

The iOS app stores an install identifier, access credentials, and player preferences in the device Keychain. It sends the install identifier to HIITplay and RevenueCat to verify purchases and access.

When you create a workout, we store the workout inputs you choose, such as duration, and the generated workout session needed for playback.

If you connect an AI client, we store the authorization data needed to maintain that agent connection.

We may collect basic product analytics, browser details, device details, logs, and error information to understand and improve the service.

Payments

Web payments and hosted billing management are handled by Stripe. Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple, and the iOS app uses RevenueCat to check purchase status and restore purchases. HIITplay stores the billing and access records needed to grant access, but we do not store your full card number.

For a single-workout purchase, access lasts for the access window shown in the app. Subscription billing is managed by the provider used for the purchase.

How we use information

We use your information to verify browser and mobile access, grant and restore paid access, create workout session links, play generated workouts, maintain agent connections, process billing events, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and answer support requests.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help run HIITplay, such as authentication, email delivery, payment processing, hosting, analytics, and error monitoring providers.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect HIITplay, our customers, or the public.

Your choices

You can stop using HIITplay at any time. App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple. Web subscription billing management is available through the app when Stripe supports it for your billing record.

You can permanently delete your HIITplay account and associated data from the iOS app Settings page or the account deletion page on this website. We verify email-based deletion requests before deleting the account. Refunds are not automatic.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information we handle.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide HIITplay, meet legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve the service.

After deletion, we retain only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to prevent delayed billing events from recreating a deleted HIITplay account. These records do not include your HIITplay email or workout data.
